Staff was very professional and nice. Bed was VERY comfortable. What I did not like and just being picky. They gave us a free bottle of water and then one that they charged. When we walked in our room the charged water was right there so we opened then noticed around the corner was the free one. Anyway it was only $4.95 but didn’t appreciate how it was not labled for a cost and the free one was kinda hidden. Felt like they tricked us. LOL but not a big deal other than that all was amazing. Great food in the Resturant. We would go back.

Comfortable and quiet, even though my room was next to a stairwell with metal stairs that clamor as guests climb up and down on them. When I first saw the stairs, I was worried about my sleep being disturbed. It didn’t, for which I am very grateful. The complimentary non-alcoholic drinks downstairs were great, too. I especially enjoyed the water with the orange slices.

The hotel was nice and clean. Location in the hills. I think it's time to upgrade the furniture and the flooring but that can be said about MANY hotels even more upscale ones. The outside fire pits near the bar was an excellent touch and the breakfast buffet was great!

For the weekend of 4th of July 2024, the price was one of the best for this quality hotel. If You wanna spend some time resting on Malibu beaches, it is just 20 minutes by car and it really doesn't feel that far :) Hotel has restaurant and good bar with outside seating by fireplaces. We had great bartender there, he was willing to serve us even after the official closing hours.

Had everything I needed and parking was close. Floor where room was pretty quiet which I liked since I was there for stressful reasons.

It was good for the price. I liked that they had a bar, room service and breakfast if needed. They had a gym and pool. Close to good restaurants. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that there was a refrigerator in the room.

Very conveniently located on our way to various destinations in the area. Also pleased they were able to provide our room several hours earlier than we had originally expected. Happy with that special service.
